1 General Provisions

678be is an online gaming platform offering a range of casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Bangladeshi legal guidelines.

678be reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Where terms are published in both Bengali and English, the Bengali version shall take precedence in the event of any conflict.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, address, device, or IP address is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all accounts and associated deposited funds being forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Required information includes:

• Full name (as shown on your national ID)
• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address (where applicable)

Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure and withdrawal holds.

2.4 Verification Process

678be may request additional documents for identity verification at any time — such as a national ID, passport, or mobile banking number confirmation. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 678be will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 No Account Transfer

Your account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring, or sharing it with anyone else is completely prohibited. 678be is not responsible for any loss resulting from use of the account by a third party.

3.3 Account Deactivation

You may request deactivation of your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before deactivation, provided the account is not being closed due to a violation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

678be currently supports three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method). The maximum deposit limit may vary by method and account tier.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. When making a deposit, ensure the correct number and amount are used — funds sent with incorrect details may not be recoverable.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase in exceptional circumstances or if account verification is required.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit
• If an active bonus has an unmet wagering requirement, withdrawals may be restricted
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed
• Multiple withdrawal requests will be processed in sequence, not simultaneously

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 678be are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The 678be welcome bonus is a 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳18,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, for a total of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• All eligible games can be played using the bonus balance
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• You may need to request bonus activation on your account to receive a bonus
• 678be reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer

5.4 VIP Program

The 678be VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move up to a higher tier as your play volume increases. Weekly cashback benefits are as follows: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

678be follows a fair play policy. All games are operated using provably fair technology. In the case of a technical error or a disputed bet outcome, 678be's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Bets & Results

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet amount for that round will be refunded. 678be is not responsible for issues caused by internet disconnection.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds provided in the sports betting section are variable and may change before an event begins. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded. Specific sports betting rules are available separately.

6.4 System Errors

Any result or payout arising from a technical error, display error, or communication failure will be considered void. 678be reserves the right to remove from the balance any funds generated as a result of such errors.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus terms
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Money laundering or illegal transactions
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Using unauthorized VPNs or proxies to bypass geographical restrictions
• Harassing or engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users
• Coordinated betting or collusion against the platform
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games

678be reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and may temporarily suspend an account during an investigation if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 678be platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other materials — is the property of 678be or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of the platform for purposes other than personal, non-commercial use is prohibited. Game content is the property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.).

9 Limitation of Liability

678be will not be held responsible for:

• Gaming or betting losses caused by internet disconnection
• Delays or losses caused by third-party technical issues
• Issues arising from user negligence or the provision of incorrect information
• Losses resulting from unauthorized use of an account (where the user did not report it promptly)
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government orders, or other uncontrollable circumstances

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 678be's total liability will never exceed the value of the transaction in question.
